Bird Watchers of Beaufort County

I have a bird who has been coming to my feeders for a couple weeks now that I am having a very hard time identifying. The bird is green with a yellow underside about 5 inches in length. So far in my bird book the only possibility is a young female goldfinch. I kind of doubt it as I haven't seen any other goldfinches yet this year and my book only gave me a description and not a picture. The bird kind of reminds me of a tropical lovebird without the red on the throat and the difference in the underside color. Sure would appreciate help in solving this bird mystery. Thank you in advance.
