My comment is that they need to start putting drug addicts in a rehab center that will keep them for about a year to try and help them, instead of throwing them in prison for 10 years., (30) days in a rehab is not enough time, it is a waste of time. Either way the tax payers have to foot the bill, so why not work on getting the problem solved.
