Let me see here are proven facts by both investigators and admission by FBI agents.

1. ATF informant approached Weaver during one of Aryan Brotherhood congregations simply because ATF was trying to recruit an iformant already with the ties to the group. Weaver refused the offer and was promply began to be harassed for no reason. Furthermore he was entrapped because he knew nothing about the federal statutes about the length of the shotgun barrels the informant bought from him. That is highly illegal due to the fact that it was entrapment.
Randy Weaver had no criminal record of any kind and never been in trouble with the law. He also attended college before the incident for criminal justice to become FBI agent himself. He served with honor in US Army and got honorably discharged. Because the action of ATF informant, he was aquited of that charge.
2. US Marshals, Federal prosecutors, and FBI had filed the wrong date of notice for appear in court. The date they sent him indicated he was supposed to be there on March 20th. The actual date was February 19th. No one informed the federal judge that there was a mistake. Of course this would of gotten just about anyone paranoid, why the hell are US Marshals pounding (bench warrant) on his door when Randy had done nothing wrong?
3. During the initial shots 14 year old kid and Randy's friend who killed US Marashal followed dogs. US Marshals had no reason to be there and was supposed to observer, not sneak around their property. Furthermore one of the marshals killed the dog that discovered him, starting the firefight. The second marshal shot the 14 year old kid, while being shot himself. The ballistics tests showed that marshals fired by far more than nessesary shots while Harris fired only 7 before retreating.
4. Lon Harriuchi is clearly moruderer and you are idiot (i highly suspect you are Lon Harriuchi or his family member) for excusing any man on earth for shooting unarmed, innocent mother who's only crime was simply being caught up in entire ordeal holding her baby.
If that wasn't the case, then the government would of not awarded them 3.1 million in damages. Furthermore Lon is the murderer at large and should die in shame as coward he is for shooting innocent, unarmed woman.
5. The whole ordeal got stopped by Bo Gritz. He did not need any firearms. He didn't need to be violent. All he did was walk up and talk with Randy to surrender. 400 federal agents with helicopters and armored personel carriers, but it only took one man with the words to simply make him surrender with no further violence. If ATF agents did the same thing from the start, the whole situation would of been avoided. Instead they decided to rattle their federal muscle and use of deadly force on someone who clearly did not deserve it, who was aquitted of all charged by the jury except for failing to appear in court while the man who killed US Marshal in self defense got 300,000 settlement even when Feds vowed never to pay for US marshal's killer (when they was responsible for his death).
6. Following investigation found that FBI covered up and exagreggated evidence against Weaver and Harris. Harris got aquitted on all charges and proven to be innocent. Lon would of been found guilty, but Fed take care of their own with Supremacy Clause. Weaver was found innocent except for appearing in court.

It did not involve deliberate aim for innocent women holding 10 month old babies. The first shot was legitimate, but the second shot that killed Vicki, shot Randy Weaver through the shoulder was not.

WRONG! Inbred toothless hillbilly Weaver was BUSTED for dealing firearms illegally and was RECORDED on tape as saying he "hopes the weapons end up in the hands of gangbangers".

I never said that the government could do no wrong, and i am ans skeptical about the federal government as anyone else.
