Democrats think we are all stupid. They are saying they only spent 10% of the stimulus, really. That would be pretty stupid when they needed to create some jobs before the Republicans started asking where they were. They also said they inheirited the worst economy since the great depression, now they are saying they misread the problem. They had to have that stimulus bill immediately to keep the unemployment from exceeding 8.3%. Now it is 9.5%, and they are still holding onto the money? Yeah, right. They gave that money to ACORN, and other clueless organizations, and they got nothing in return. Nothing. Now the Republicans will have a field day making them explain where it went.

Instead of stimulus bill 2 I say pay reparations to decendants of slaves 20,000 each.
Not all blacks.
Make them sign a contract stating they will waive any gov't. assistance for 10 years.
Remove affirmative action,quotas,all black associations,black caucus,dumbed down entrance exams that eliminate merit and every other perk they recieve for being born black.
Then we'll have a level playing field.
