W committed Crimes and he's robbing America still. He should be tried and everyone who voted for W is a traitor and should also be tried.

1) The Offense of Wiretapping Surveillance in Defiance of the Law;

President Bush and Vice-President Cheney admitted to ordering the National Security Agency to conduct electronic surveillance of American civilians without seeking warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, duly constituted by Congress in 1978, in violation of Title 50 United States Code, Section 1805;

2) The Offence of Lying and Inducing America to Support a War

President Bush and Vice-President Cheney intentionally misled the Congress and the public regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify a war against Iraq, intentionally conspired with others to defraud the United States in connection with the war against Iraq in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 371;

3) The Offense of Reckless Indifference to the Lives and Welfare of American Troops;

President Bush and Vice-President Cheney failed to provide US soldiers with bulletproof vests or appropriately armored vehicles. A recent Pentagon study disclosed that proper bulletproof vests would have saved hundreds of lives. Furthermore, as the Downing Street memo revealed, they had no serious plan for the aftermath of the war. President Bush and Vice-President Cheney have demonstrated a complete disregard for the welfare of the troops and an utter indifference to the need for proper governance of a country after occupation. The result has been an endless war that has cost U.S. taxpayers over $350 billion with 3,000 U.S. soldiers killed and over 21,000 wounded.

4) The Offense of Torture in Violation of U.S. Laws and Treaties.

President Bush and Vice-President Cheney conspired to commit the torture of prisoners in violation of the "Federal Torture Act" Title 18 United States Code, Section 113C, the UN Torture Convention and the Geneva Convention, which under Article VI of the Constitution are part of the "supreme Law of the Land.

For former presidents, the job may be over, but the money continues to roll in.

The Congressional Research Service has released a study on salaries and benefits that former commander-in-chiefs collected during the 2012 fiscal year. The allowances, however, are far from uniform.

Former president George W. Bush received the most –about $1.3 million. He’s followed by Bill Clinton’s $978,000, George H.W. Bush’s $842,000 and Jimmy Carter’s $518,000.

Outing Valerie Plame. Clearly an act of espionage.

W needs to be tried for his crime!

The Kucinich/Wexler impeachment resolution contained 35 articles covering the Iraq war, the Valerie Plame affair, creating a case for war with Iran, capture and treatment of prisoners of war, spying and or wiretapping inside the United States, use of signing statements, failing to Comply with Congressional Subpoenas, the 2004 elections, medicare, Hurricane Katrina, global warming, and 9/11.

The 2003 invasion of Iraq was the most substantial portion of the articles of impeachment introduced by Kucinich and Wexler. 15 of the 35 articles directly relate to alleged misconduct by Bush in seeking authority for the war, and in the conduct of military action itself. Five other articles address allegations partially or tertiarily relating to the war, including the "outing" of Valerie Plame, treatment of prisoners (both in Iraq and from operations in Afghanistan and other countries), and building a case for Iran being a threat based in part on alleging Iranian actions in Iraq.

W lost the election to Gore, but Jeb stepped in and rigged the voting. They should both be charged with treason.

In one of the closest contests in U.S. history, the 2000 presidential election between Democratic Vice-President Al Gore and Republican governor of Texas George W. Bush (hereafter referred to as Bush Jr. to distinguish him from his father who was also a president), the final outcome hinged on how the vote went in Florida. Independent investigations in that state revealed serious irregularities directed mostly against ethnic minorities and low-income residents who usually voted heavily Democratic. Some 36,000 newly registered voters were turned away because their names had never been added to the voter rolls by Florida’s secretary of state Kathleen Harris. By virtue of the office she held, Harris presided over the state’s election process while herself being an active member of the Bush Jr. state-wide campaign committee. Other voters were turned away because they were declared--almost always incorrectly--“convicted felons.” In several Democratic precincts, state officials closed the polls early, leaving lines of would-be voters stranded.

Under orders from Governor Jeb Bush (Bush Jr.’s brother), state troopers near polling sites delayed people for hours while searching their cars. Some precincts required two photo IDs which many citizens do not have. The requirement under Florida law was only one photo ID. Passed just before the election, this law itself posed a special difficulty for low-income or elderly voters who did not have drivers licenses or other photo IDs. Uncounted ballot boxes went missing or were found in unexplained places or were never collected from certain African-American precincts. During the recount, GOP agitators shipped in from Washington D.C. by the Republican national leadership stormed the Dale County Canvassing Board, punched and kicked one of the officials, shouted and banged on their office doors, and generally created a climate of intimidation that caused the board to abandon its recount and accept the dubious pro-Bush tally.

Well, it's clearly obvious you already know what an idiot you look like. This amounts to no more than a "I know you are but what am I" post. Retard!

The Secretary of War informs good ol' George that three Brazilian soldiers working for the U.S. military were killed in Iraq the previous day. Dubya pauses for a minute, horrified, and exclaims, "That's terrible!" After another few moments' pause, he continues, "Just a quick question though....exactly how many is a Brazilian?"

Look, as an American, don't downplay what these politicians did to fellow Americans. It could have easily been you, me, mikey, or any one of our family members they watched die and then tried to cover up with lies, etc!!!

What I'm imploring you to do is say what you want about the politicians. That does not matter. What does matter is how their actions or lack thereof becomes detrimental and unAmerican. Regardless of party affiliation, these asswipes are responsible TO us not for us.

How can anyone think this guy was a good president? How dilusional or corrupt do they have to be. The guy treated the U.S. Constitution like suggestions. He erroded some of our civil rights under the guise of security.

He himself didn't keep us safe after 9/11. The good men and women of the U.S. Military did that. While he sat behind the lines deciding how much death and destruction was enough. All so he could look good in "daddy's" eyes.

He also never served in ANY main branch of the military. Dubya, ever the daddy's boy used his father connections to get himself a position in the National Guard. Wow! Now Texas was safe from the Viet Cong. Cuz they were totally planning to attack before that. Then they heard Boozo Mc. Cokehead was given military hardware and backed off.

While in office he gave his crony friends whatever job needed filling. Meanwhile the economy starts to slip and Wall Street and Corporate America (Dubya's true masters) run amok sending us into the recession we still deal with today. And he lets all the blame be laid on Obama.

Even when the crimes are out in the open the Cabal of Dubya is still not brought to justice. When Valerie Plame was outed Dubya and his top cronies stayed blameless. They let Scooter Libby take the fall though. And then look he gets pardoned but non other than Dubya himself.

This vile man should have been removed from office. But he wasn't and we were forced to suffer eight years of as much tyranny as he could get away with. I hope he rots in his Crawford Ranch pretending to be a cowboy, knowing he'll never again abuse the sacred Office of The President and hoping nobody discovers his deep dark secret. That he was actually born in New Haven Conneticut. Not in Texas as he'd like everyone to believe.

Thank God (the one he payed lip service to) for Presidential term limits.

What kind of a mind can live on a ranch for years, talk about how much he loves that ranch and then leave it as soon as he gets a chance to live there full time?

He's spent so much time creating a plastic shell there's nothing honest left in there at all.

Food For Thought about the present president and congress.
If you can get arrested for hunting or fishing without a license, but not for being in the country illegally ...you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If you have to get your parents’ permission to go on a field trip or take an aspirin in school, but not to get an abortion ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If the only school curriculum allowed to explain how we got here is evolution, but the government stops a $15 million construction project to keep a rare spider from evolving to extinction ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If you have to show identification to board an airplane, cash a check, buy liquor or check out a library book, but not to vote who runs the government ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If the government wants to ban stable, law-abiding citizens from owning gun magazines with more than ten rounds, but gives 20 F-16 fighter jets to the crazy new leaders in Egypt ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If, in the largest city, you can buy two 16-ounce sodas, but not a 24-ounce soda because 24-ounces of a sugary drink might make you fat ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If an 80-year-old woman can be stripped searched by the TSA but a woman in a hijab is only subject to having her neck and head searched ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If your government believes that the best way to eradicate trillions of dollars of debt is to spend trillions more ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If a seven year old boy can be thrown out of school for saying his teacher’s "cute," but hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class in grade school is perfectly acceptable ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If children are forcibly removed from parents who discipline them with spankings while children of addicts are left in filth and drug infested “homes”... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If hard work and success are met with higher taxes and more government intrusion, while not working is rewarded with EBT cards, WIC checks, Medicaid, subsidized housing and free cell phones ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If the government's plan for getting people back to work is to incentivize NOT working with 99 weeks of unemployment checks and no requirement to prove they applied but can’t find work ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

If being stripped of the ability to defend yourself makes you more "safe" according to the government ... you might live in a country founded by geniuses but run by idiots.

Paleoconservatives never liked Bush. Neoconservatives, the ones who actually control the Republican party, dumped him after he abandoned their grand plans to transform the world in their image. The Christian Right began to doubt his sincerity as a Christian as his administration wore on and they realized they were expected to sit in the back of the bus. It is not a surprise that no one claims him now.

See, there is proof you are either an imbecile or just an idiot repeating what others say. I said that obama is not a citizen, defrauded America, and committed treason. Not espionage, or other crimes.
