insurance problems. bet they maybe could fix it real fast and most everone maybe be happy. or why not just do away with it all together.start over from scratch.well looks like the new insurance maybe not working to good at this time well why not let the republicans and tea baggers work on it. they may can fix it right up real quick give them a try what would it hurt. a good hammer might fix it up real fast. we maybe all might have green ham and fryed eggs for our new insurance plan. get to work republicans yall maybe can fix that network real fast just plug in the ac power fuse.dont cross the streams call ghostbusters .

Cruz and the TP did try to fix the unACA dufass, by getting rid of the unconstitutional law but you've got law makers who could care less about your rights or my rights or anyone's rights.

I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, of all of your personal healthcare. Direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though.
The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;
The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control. DEFUND THE ILLEGAL ACA!!!!!

I heard a Harvard IT grad speak the other night.A highly respected man in his field and he stated that he would have had more success building the system for a million$ not 600 million. No sebillious and Obummer "did build this" they need to fix it and need to be held accountable.

I'm wondering about some of the unsaid things, like the computer designers for the ACA, where are they from? What process was there that they went through to qualify to get the job? Do they have any qualifications? Hartford Connecticut is considered thr birthplace of the insurace industry here, what part did they play? Who controls the money? This entire debacle seems to be geared to giving a few a lot of money, where does it all go? Who or what process wil insure that billing is fair? How will they prevent fraud? Just presenting these questions should be a priority before any implementation of the ACA. It should also be optional.

One group is from canada,how do you think that happened?And that group has a very troubled past. But your points are very valid and I believe that this debacle has been a fly by the seat of their pants approach.This is a ponzi scheme and they're hoping that they get the 3 million young people they have to have for it to survive.It's not gonna happen.Young people when they get that sticker shock they will log off and go hit the club.Pay the fine is what 95% of them will do.hell the first year it's only 95$

I'll answer your question shit brains. First of all, the government can't fix everything for all people. Why destroy health care for 85% to improve it for 15%. To repeal it would put it back like it was then your democrat buddies can quit taxing the hell out of middle class, economy would grow, free market will take care of your 15% if gov gets out of the way. if you mean improving it for the average American living paycheck to paycheck, the old system was better. So no plan or eggs and ham would be a better deal. Maybe just the hammer to our heads, this is hardly making "rich pay their fair share" mikey.
