We are currently doing business in Panama City ,Panama and the North Coast of Panama
Now just like 10 years ago ,Panama is entering the Real Estate boom and unlike USA,Panama cannot build fast enough for the demand ,
Backed by discounted pre-construction contract with developers in Panama ,Principal investment secured by "Promissory Note " and returned in most cases 12 months.IRP is a company that acquires a substantial amount of units during the initial stages of a project therefore becoming the Investor -Party or partner with the Developer.
IRP's formula consist of receiving a 10-30% rebate from the Developers' initial price list .

The Investor never has to sign contract ,become part of a company or required to close on units.Depending on the project ,time -frame and amount funded,Investor will achieve an 18%-45% return with minimum of $100.000 as their initial investment

We represent 3 large hedge funds (well known names) and several individual buyers. We have more buyers than product, which is why I'm reaching out.

In all cases we are DIRECT to our buyer. In all cases they have been proofed by 3rd party escrow.

Any product you offer will have to be verified by our attorney before I can offer it to my buyers.

If you have real product and, once fee agreements are in place, are willing to step out of the way so my buyers can talk directly with your sellers, then we can do business.

The orders I have are in writing. My buyers will not provide POF or LOI up front, until we know the product details, and that it's real. Our buyers are well known, and once identified will overcome any questions. Here is what I need:

1. Non performing residential notes (highest prioirty, I have orders totaling $4 billion)
2. Performing residential notes
3. Performing commercial notes (9% or higher yeild)
4. Failed condo and entitled land projects, Western US
5. SFR REO's in NV, AZ, CA
