we are now privy to some trading platforms, and guess what.there really are B packages. LOL Seriously, we had given up hope on these things. LOLOL. But apparently they DO exist, but they usually go to the trading floor as assets and then get broken up on resale. So they are around. Good to know. Problem is, to catch these packages BEFORE they go to the floor, there is a 3 hour window, this means that the buyer has to be ready…REAL ready to perform. So the broker chain thing has to be completely under control and out of the way BEFORE WE even TRY to commit to this.

We are having a subsequent conference with the platform today. We have asked for a screen shot from today to be given to us so that we can have it as validation that these things exist. After all, all jokes aside, we’ve never physically seen one for a 200B package before. And don’t believe the hype, we was proofing one source a couple of weeks ago – and never saw squat, so any rumors you heard were just that – rumors. I didn’t get it.

My group (3of us) has purchased 127 homes in the last month. We have sold approx 35, about half with private financing. We've made a qualified bid on another national package (268 homes) We would like to find some bulk buyers. We are not brokers or intermediaries. Our purchases were for cash.We have all of the deeds to the properties. We have them inspected by IMS, along with photos.

We are seeking SERIOUS BUYERS for a bulk NPN portfolio: The previous buyer didn't perform and wasted our valuable time.
If, and only IF, you have access to serious BUYERS, need to reply. We do not want our portfolio shopped around hoping to land a hit with a fund or reit.

We also have groups looking for REO portfolios in various locations ranging from 5-20M+

Hello, my name is Randy Ipsen I am a commercial real estate agent in California. I am part of a team that work with the seller of bulk REO. I was sent to look for big buyers for the states of Texas and Florida. Recently our big buyers in those states have bought enough and have started their rehab on the properties. Our buyer for Florida was spending $500M every two weeks and our Texas buyer was spending one billion every month for the last 12 months plus purchasing other tapes nation wide. I can get you what you want where you want but I am on a mission to find big buyers in those states. The market has not reached the bottom yet! There are more REO's right now than there ever were. Our seller is past the banks so the product has rock bottom pricing and title and escrow are included. We are streamlined because we have been selling longer than anyone!
