I suggest many of you read this. Some don't have to. There are some sales that are illegal to make.
It's said if you have the money we will sell it. Many bulk buyers and the sellers are violating HUD. There is an ongoing Goverment investigation into illegal bulk sales to foriegn nationals. That are considered enemies of the United States. This includes the FBI and Homeland security. HUD has ruled that sales to people that are questionable to the future security of the United States. In this dire time. Is illegal and a jailable offence. All proceeds and assets are subject to confiscation by the Government. This includes commisions and settlements.

Only buyers respond to this posting. All NPA/PNA/REO SFR/COMMERCIAL bulk national & can be custom to fit your criteria. Direct as Manadate/sellers rep/buyers rep. Guidelines to follow; no brokers allowed, have servicing in house or contracted out, due-diligence will be performed on each buyer. During process, POF/Attorney (in house/escrow attorney letter varifying funds to close transaction). Each tape will have code hidden specifically for each buyer on each tape. If tape gets blasted, you will be balck listed (that usually goes out to all banks and asset mngt groups), and you will be sued. If you are a true buyer and can follow these guidelines, you can send me a posting and I will return message. If not, don't bother.

It's funny, No, HILARIOUS! How everyone either has connections to a buyer of something or a seller of something, or say they are the seller, or saythey are the buyer but no one is talking about actually closing any deals. I will pay money to anyone who can provide proof that they have closed one of these so called bulk reo deals above 10m. You can't because it has never happened! NO ONE HAS EVER CLOSED ANY BULK REO DEALS ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY THEY ARE AS FAKE AS FAKE GETS!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!

BULK REO IS SOMEONE MAKING THOUSANDS OF OFFERS ON PROPERTYS, GETS 10-20 TIED UP, THEN SCRAMBLES TO FIND A BUYER, THEN SOMEONE GRABS IT UP AND TAKES IT THEIR BUYER WHO GRABS IT UP AND TAKES IT TO THEIR BUYER WHO TAKES IT TO THEIR BUYER AND EVERYONES WAITING ON SOMEONE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT BUT NO ONE IS THE ACTUAL BUYER. THEY ARE NOT BANKS SELLING THEM THAT IS A LIE. BANKS NEED MONEY, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SELL AOMETHING THAT CHEAP AND GIVE AWAY MILLIONS. HELLO?????
