Ah: but then you wouldn't know unless you made sure you read all his posts, and if you read all his posts, then you would not say he's never been rude to anyone here.

Myself: I never presume to pretend to say I know who has said what to whom especially when I not the one on the receiving end.

The average Joe doesn't work two part time jobs.
If you want to whine about the job situation, address the Republicans in the US Congress that have passed the same bill over forty times knowing it would be rejected instead of doing something for the economy.
You see: in this country, passing bills helping employment is Congress's job.
No, the person working two part time jobs is an average Joe. Do you always see things backwards?

What bill are you referring to? A government can't create jobs. It can promote commerce. The only job the government can create is a government job.

Obama became president in 2009.
And it was TRAILING the cause.
The last quarter of his term is toward the end of his term. Are you just going to play stupid games?

But we already knew this.

And employment is a TRAILING indicator: the reaction to Bush's second recession was still in full swing.
The unemployment wasn't due to Obama's policies, they were due to Bush's policies- and Bush's second recession.
Corrected in post #308, or can't you read. Unemployment came down only a half of a percent in 5 years. Great job!

I often wonder why I have feelings for males! I have looked back over my life trying to find when I had my 1st experience with a boy. It was in July 1957 out in the barn in a sleepover with my friend Mitch. He was so special to me since he was my 1st. Then after that I began to have sex with a whole multitude of men. Most of them I met at church. I am just worried now that I have HIV that I might give it to others. I think that's why I became so racist was because scared that someone would find out but now I am totally comfortable with my sexuality. I am truly sorry for all of the terrible and hurtful things I have said.

Thank you for your honesty William. You should get tested for HIV. We'll all be praying for you.

The middle of 2007 is not the last quarter of his term.

And the Republican Congress has put all its effort in voting for the same bill over forty times instead of addressing creating jobs.

Ah, so now you are stuck repeating stupid teabag platitudes.

Government can and does create jobs all the time.

How 'bout if I give you a few examples, and for each and every one, you stop posting for a month?

We're both right. It crashed when Bush was president. You just pick at small insignificant things to argue about. I was right initially when I said the unemployment dropped only a half of a percent. That means I used that 7.8% figure to begin with.

You left out: I was right, nothing I said was wrong, and what you said was wrong, and I was right when I said that you were wrong, and you are wrong when you try to spin it otherwise.

And in the middle of 2007 isn't the end of Bush's term, it is about EXACTLY in the middle, especially since it did not happen on one particularly day in 2007, and since the bubble bursting is still TRAILING the cause.

But then: you don't seem to understand TRAILING indicators, e.g., that the unemployment seen at the beginning of the Obama term was due to CAUSES of the Bush term, i.e., the Bush (send) recession.

Unemployment rate was 10 PERCENT in October, 2009.

So you WERE WRONG.

Unemployment has dropped 2.7 percent.

Do you want to see the math?

PS: Employment is CONGRESS's job. Why doesn't CONGRESS do something instead of wasting time EVERY SESSION passing a bill it knows will fail in the Senate?

Let's try this again. When Obama took office the unemployment was 7.8%. It is now 7.3%. In five years time, the unemployment went down by only a half of a percent. October '09 was ten months into Obama's presidency, 10 months. He may have stopped the bleeding. I keep an open mind about that, but things haven't improved all that much.

Promoting commerce and the general welfare of the nation is congress' job. It can't [create] jobs other than government jobs.

The only bill I know of that congress has passed 40 times is the repeal of Obamacare. How on earth does Obamacare create jobs? Small business is cutting back on employee hours. Companies that can are moving toward technology, replacing workers with robots. Others moe manufacturing overseas.
