Review: G-Land Embroidery & Apparel

G-Land would not refund me for uniforms that were unused and bought off the rack (not ordered). Apparently, they only accept returns, yet their policy is posted on an easily overlooked, small, partially obscured sign in a corner on a wall behind and left of the register. They do not post their return policy at the counter, on the receipt, or anywhere else in full view. The owner's wife (presumably) accused me of having worn and washed one of the uniforms, yet that's the condition that they had sold to me. I also learned from another customer that G-land sold him slightly imperfect uniforms at over 50% off which they "neglected" to tell me about when I first when there. When I asked the lady at the counter why she had not pointed out the cheaper uniforms (which they keep in a box on the floor) when I first bought there even though I had asked her to show me the uniforms I needed, she said she only tells customers about the discounted uniforms "when she feels sorry for them"(!) Avoid this place at all costs.
