It's amazing how drunk drivers are coddled, even after multiple convictions. When i was stationed in Turkey, a drunk driver who was caught, was after their trial, was executed by firing squad! No repeat offenders.

Anyone involved in allowing Ms. Timblin to plea down the previous DUI should be charged as an accessory to this recent fatal wreck (can't seem to make myself to call it an "accident" as though someone's brakes failed, or a tire blew out)

Charges have indeed been filed, 3 counts of vehicular manslaughter. She is going away for a long time. Not long enough, but a long time.
