Corruption, misappropriation of funds what ever the case may be...

We were informed the tree in front of our home would be trimmed last month. As were many of our neighbors. As the branches are hanging over power lines. What happened next is typical RI BS. Four or five trucks pulled up on our street. Then about two minutes later they left and never returned. Someone has their hand in the cookie jar! Does Cranston subcontract to thieves and never check to make sure they did the job? Yup that's what I'm guessing. So now that Nemo approaches I wonder how these trees and power lines are going to hold up. Will any question why it was never done and where the money went.

I bet the tree crew thought hmmm winters about over, why bother no one will know.

These idiots went door to door and left fliers about the trimming.

Perhaps we should sue the city. I just don't understand how this stuff slips through.
