I have just moved here from Ohio. I have gone to The Iron Forge Restaurant and been pleased with their food and hospitality..
I was not impressed with the Cellar downstairs,it reminded me of and old musty basement. The Board of Health would never allow food to be served in those conditions in the Midwest. Even tho the food was prepared upstairs..I wouldn't go back there to eat again..

There are two great restaurants missing from this poll - the Pioneer and the Landmark Inn. Both are fabulous.

Since my last post...My husband and I dined at the Landmark Inn and was very impressed with the Food,met the Chef and will go back again..
What type of menu does the Pioneer Restaurant serve,is it located near Dawson Motor's?

Glad to hear you were able to make it to the Landmark. The Pioneer is located near Dawson Motors. They serve hearty meals with fine, fresh ingredients and they have the best burger in Warwick. The soups are always wonderful and if you stomach is empty - get the prime rib.

The Crystal Inn has been getting better and better. Currently the best dinner in the area, but I am trying Tratoria Viviano for the first time tonight.

You guys need to check out Grappa Ristorante.. Excellent food and and excellent Atmosphere. just go to their website at www.grapparistorante.com

Tratoria Viviano--- the food is pretty good, the service is not. Snooty owner... actually snooty establishment over all. I went there with my mother in law. Waitress ignored us. Did not get bread, she pretty much ignored us the entire time. However the older couple at the next table must have been regulars and good tippers because the waitress was over there constantly. Would not go back based on this. Will spend my money elsewhere.

sorry to hear your experience was bad.....i actually go there quite often and my husband and i love the food! its a cozy place and the service we receive is excellent every time.....

I really enjoy the Copper Bottom,the owner is always friendly and the food is great...

Wow... I can't believe that you were disappointed with Trattoria Viviano, I don't know anybody that has gone and ever been disappointed. We live in the area and hear nothing but rave reviews about this awesome new addition to Warwick. The food and service is always excellent when my husband and I dine there...we actually like to think of it as "our place". As far as I am concerned it's the best restaurant in the area.

My friend and I tried Charlotte's Tea Room for lunch and found a very quaint atmosphere.
We had the Pear salad and Tea sandwiches along with the Chicken pot pie and Peach crumbly for dessert..Everything was wonderful.

For anyone not wanting to spend alot the first visit you might just drop by for dessert and a cup of tea,I recommend the Citron green tea!
It's a wonderful place to sit and lunch with friends..

I went to Trattoria Viviano on Valentines day with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience. The menu was well prepared and the recommendations our waitress made were excellent. We plan on visiting again with our families, we loved it so much. I would absolutely recommend visiting this new gem in Warwick!

The Cheatau Hathorne is a wonderful establishment and the serive was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was great! The owners are also fabulous people!

After church on Easter we tried the Pioneer Restaurant for breakfast..their service was fast,good coffee,and tasty great fried potatoes..
we will visit them again..

Charlotte's Tea Room is amazing. I should be so lucky to have such a great place like Charlotte's in my town!
I eat there when ever I am in Warwick. It is a wonderful place to enjoy. You must try it!
The menu is diverse and full of surprises. I had my sister's bridal shower there and people are STILL talking about it. AMAZING!!!!

Pioneer is a great place, a normal reataurant with good food, quiet ambiance, and great service. You can actually relax there.

Visited Trattoria Viviano with my wife for an early dinner today for the first time and loved it. The service was great, the food was great! Looking forward to going back!
