You can't compare when the commissioners were Kilby & Ruppe puppets. That's what the plan was...to bring Edwards down & make him look bad. Then Ruppee could run & again & win. Unfortunately for you, people aren't that stupid & see just why Edwards hasn't been ALLOWED to accomplish what was best for the county. We definitely don't want Ruppe. She wasn't qualified before & she's not now. She was a puppet herself. People want their county back & they don't want any more self serving people like Ruppee or Kilby.

First of all ruppe did an excellent job for morgan county; kilby did an excellent job for morgan county for over 20 years however they are not one and the same; what makes them stand out is they both were hardworking, capable and brought progress. as for self serving you must have never truly met either one of these people they both had the best interest of the county edwards may have but is not capable of pulling it off

i have read with interest the comments on this post elections are about the future and the best indicator of the future is what ones history shows, ruppe, kilby, lane and duncan at least pointed us in the right direction that is not the case with edwards hopefully someone will run who will talk about the future rather than the past (funeral homes, etc).
