The swearing in is an Oathto God that I will uphold and Defend the Constitution!

So how can you be sworn in as a sheriff if you have renounced presumptions of consent to secular government? Isn't the swearing in a consent that you will obey the secular government? And how does one secure a bond which is required to be sheriff when you don't have a belief in secular government? I'll come up with more questions I'm sure. But how about these for starters.

First of all, you have already said you will not uphold the laws of the state if you don't feel they are valid. But also, just for arguments sake, your civil death filing says you renounced all civil rights including presumptions of consent to secular government. How does being sheriff not equate to a consent to secular government? So does that mean you are returning to life?

I entered no plea and the judge lifted all house arrest and curfew restrictions. He also stated for the record that the prosecution has to answer My DEMANDS.

I told the judge his order restricted my liberty and I have pot smoking constituents who are up late and I need to reach them.
He lifted all bail restrictions and continued to november 4th.

Yeah, it's a government that tries to keep religion out of it. But that isn't the point. Usually a civil death means you don't have the ability to be involved in the political area. So you still haven't tried to explain that.

Ronnie Lee Smith is the only person fighting for our freedom in Gallatin County, and he's speaking for the little man... which isn't easy to do. It's easier to just sit back, and defend all the crime the "real" cops are doing instead of talking like you are going to change things.

Ronnie the only thing you'll be running for is the exit door. Must be nice running all the time from the police and law enforcement no matter where you move. There are a lot of hills in Colorado. Makes running that much harder.

I love that you moved just north of AURORA I know you HAVE to be in a POPULATED area. You & krazy kat DEFINITELY stand out. Hooked her star to a LOSER going to jail in KENTUCKY!
