Criminal Acts of the Clinton administration

Neutral Party, you are correct....
....The Resident Idoit of Warsaw Topix is an --appropriate title-- for this moron who defends the incompetent, failed Barack Obama, who has done all in his power to bring our economy (and thus the country) to it's knees.
Equally stupid is the fawning worship of the trashy low life Bill Clinton, by this Imbicile, this Resident Idoit of Warsaw Topix.
I was reminded recently of two acts of criminality against US citizens by the Clinton justice department.
In the first, deadly attacks made by the ATF, the FBI, and US Marshalls Servive against the family of Randy Weaver (of Ruby Ridge, Idaho).
During these attacks, two American citizens, both members of the Weaver family were murdered by federal agents, acting at the direction of the Clinton administration.
A federal Marshall also died.
These federal agencies answered to Janet Reno, the attorney general, who answered to (and carried out the wishes of) President Bill Clinton.
The pretext for the atack was alleged firearms violations by Mr Weaver. These allegations were made by a disgruntled neigbor who had been engaged in a lawsuit with Randy Weaver, had lost the suit, and had been ordered by the court to pay Weaver over $2000.
When the federal agents had the Weaver family's house surrounded, one of the agent's threw rocks in the direction of the Weaver's house to see how the dogs would react.
The dogs began barking, and Weaver's friend Kevin Harris, and Weaver's ---14 year old son--- Samuel, came out of the house and followed the dog to investigate.
Harris and the younger Weaver were hoping that the dog had noticed a game animal since the cabin was out of meat.
The recon team marshals (Roderick, Cooper and Degan) initially retreated through the woods in radio contact with the OP team, but later took up hidden defensive positions.
Accounts differ at this point as to who first opened fire, but agree that US Marshall Roderick shot and killed Weaver's dog and that Samuel Weaver fired back at Roderick.
Samuel Weaver was shot in the back while retreating, and US Marsahall Degan was shot and killed by the Weaver's friend Harris. Harris was shot and went down but was not killed.
Later, Randy Weaver's (unarmed) wife was shot by a government sniper as she stood in the doorway of the Weaver cabin holding her small child in her arms. She died instantly. She was not guilty of any crime.

The ensuing stand-off was ultimately resolved by sympathetic civilian negotiators including Bo Gritz, Jack McLamb and Jackie Brown.
Harris surrendered on August 30 and Randy Weaver and his daughters surrendered the next day. Both Harris and Randy Weaver were arrested.
Weaver's daughters were released to the custody of relatives, although some consideration was given to charging Sara, 16, as an adult.
Weaver was ultimately acquitted of all charges except missing a previous court date and violating his bail conditions, for which he was sentenced to 18 months and fined $10,000.
Credited with time served, Weaver spent an additional 4 months in prison.
Harris was acquitted of all charges.
Defense counsel for Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris alleged throughout their 1993 trial that agents of the ATF, USMS, and FBI were themselves guilty of serious wrongdoing.
Both the internal 1994 Ruby Ridge Task Force Report and the public 1995 Senate subcommittee report on Ruby Ridge criticized the rules of engagement as ---unconstitutional---.
The surviving members of the Weaver family filed a wrongful death suit.
To avoid trial and a possibly higher settlement, the federal government awarded Randy Weaver a $100,000 settlement and his three daughters $1 million each in August 1995.
FBI director Louis Freeh disciplined or proposed discipline for twelve FBI employees over their handling of the incident and the later prosecution of Randy Weaver and Harris.
FBI director Louis Freeh stated "law enforcement overreacted at Ruby Ridge."
This then, this heinous, over reaching act of deadly agression against private citizens, by government agents, was what passed for --justice-- under the administration of the allegedly great Bill Clinton.
Bill Clinton is a despicable, immoral pile of dog crap.
I will discuss the second, even more disgusting illegal act against US citizens, by the Clinton administration, in another post.

That happened in Aug 1992.
Bill Clinton didn't take office until Jan 1993.
He wasn't even elected until Nov 1992.

"Rooster-with-egg-on-the- face-Cogburn" here:
I must admit that I jumped the gun a little bit on that one. It was an honest mistake.
However; I just did the same thing old "Pale Rider" has been doing all along -- I credited Bill Clinton with something he didn't do.
She credits Bill with the great economy of the nineties.
But, I would quote Barack Obama and say, "He didn't build that on his own -- he had help from a lot of other people".
Old Bill had the help of Newt Gingrich and the Republican house to thank for most of his successes.
And he has Monica and scores of abused, harassed women to thank for most of his fame and notoriety.
I was just trying to add luster to Bill Clinton's image as a "law and order" president.
On a more serious note -- The events at Ruby Ridge were very serious, though they did happen before Ole Bill was elected. It happened near the end of the watch of Pres. Bush Sr.
Those events are an indictment of an out of control, over-bearing federal buracracy that often has little regard for the constitutional rights of the ordinary people.
It is sad to say that this happens under both Republican and democrat administrations.
Even though Bill Clinton wasn't responsible for this particular miscarriage of justice, I stand by my statement that Bill Clinton is a despicable, immoral pile of dog crap.

Oh I won't disagree with your other statement.
There were and would have been numerous opportunities to solve that problem in a peaceful manner. The Weavers were no threat to anybody. They chose to gun people down instead. That was a huge mistake.

Mitt handed Barack his @ss on a platter tonight in the debate.
President stutters can't think and speak eloquently at the same time. He can only do that when he's reading from the teleprompter.
Without the teleprompter he's a bumbling idiot. He's screwed.
