is warsaw a good place to live?

It is if you are a known name in the county! there is good and bad in the county, but i think there is big improvement needed to be made around here!!!!As far as schools go, i dont like the school system because my son was being bullied on the school bus and the school didnt give proper punishment and didnt take it as a serious matter., but as far as people wise i personally think through experience everyone has been so nice for the 7 years i have lived here.

thanks for replying back, i can imagine small communities would have some flaws but most of every town has some type of problem. i'm from up north and hate it sooo much crime and sooo many people in a rush now a days just looking for something quiet ans small. from what i saw on the map it looks like a small town? well thanks for the info.
