What charges were filed against Duane Dedelow after he punched out his Mayoral opponent at the Calumet Tap a few years ago?

None?

Yep. None. Duane Dedelow is of course a Democrat.

Just sayin'

It's a broken window?!?!?!?!? I don't care if the guy is a D or an R, he shouldn't lose his license for breaking a window. That is just crazy. Make him pay for the window and take some anger management classes. That is what would happen if it was not a DP, so that is what should happen.

the fellow is only 25 years old, which is when a lot of guys and gals do stupid things they are sorry about later. So, he broke a window. Big Deal !
He is probably mortified to see that this incident made the Indy Star !
But the only reason it did was because of his job. So, it is the Indy Star making "news" out of a young man's error in judgement.

Criminal recklessness for breaking a window? That's a stretch.
You know what else is a stretch? He's not a deputy prosecutor, he's just an assistant to the prosecutor.
