Nurse Arrested for Stealing Pads, Writing Fake Prescriptions

Jakayla Lynn Snodgrass, 23, of 386 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, a registered nurse at Provident Family Healthcare in Warsaw, faces charges of forgery and obtaining a controlled substance the fallout of a prescription drug fraud scheme that several police agencies caught wind of in late June.

Just to provide a bit of fact to this story; The Police Dept from the Andy Williams Show, never caught wind of anything. The issue of the addict trying to pass fraudulent prescriptions was brought "entirely" to the attention of law enforcement - localy and statewide through the state police by (one source) and you now ask who was that one source - Oh, btw - it was the 'nurse' who stopped the fraud from taking place at CVS in Warsaw and who is now seemingly being charged with involvement because she knows the addict? I did not know there is a statute law on the books that provides guilt by association, but apparently the court of public opinion has already convicted this nurse. I hope apologies are ready when the entire truth comes out and is made public!!

The Warsaw Police knew nothing until the nurse told them. Also Mr. Calhoun was arrested in South Bend with another nurse doing the same thing. Seems to question who is the real leader here? I think Calhoun. Anyone who knows him or his family has been screwed by them. They write bad checks \, lie, and steal from everyone they come into contact with. Tom has chair saws that belong to someone else and then of which Tom say someone stole them. He also has a camper on his property which doesn't belong to him it is someone elses but Tom refuses to return it. He also has many other items that don't belong to him. SO if you are missing something you might find Tom. If you know anything that would help in this case put Mr. Calhoun where he belongs please contact someone to let them know. Just hope the police are able to get ALL the right info and take care of this.
