Eric did not have the capability to commit this crime. Not to mention that he loved his parents and had no motive, as they knew he had stolen from them and was in the process of repaying them. That Eric had issues is obvious. But the real motive for the murders lies in the Chinese inlaws. I find it amazing that so many could deny the facts of the case, yet get on the bandwagon that Eric was a crazy guy, and therefore the probable murderer. It's a known fact that it took more than one person to kill the family, move the bodies without spilling any blood, clean up and start a fire hours after Eric had left the house. I am praying the truth will come out. Eventually it will come out...on judgment day.

It is just a question I need to know and also did you see any other dynamics in the home between children and parents? We were aware that Eric was a bit on the strange side but we don't even know if he graduated. Usually everything was done in a very festive manner, but, we just don't know much of anything. Terry, Eric's dad was my husbands brother and the loss will never end, even after the court trial. Thank you Donna Hanson Donna....I'm trying to respond to your message, but I don't think it's going to the right spot. I just want you to know that Eric did not do the murders. I know this.

One day, he joined three of his friends, along with his sister and went to a mall with the intentions of stealing some purses. One of those individuals stole a purse and the reward was that the treee friends got to make out with his sister. When she tried backing out, Eric made sure she carried through THIS IS A TRUE STORY!

Our lives have been shattered and whatever happens to Eric will not affect us - unless he is running loose. We noticed strange behavior over thwe years but were told he was getting help and so we wondered but did not get involved fiquring Terry and Mary were trying the best to help him. Are there any other incidents that might shed a light on his behavior for the family. This has been hell on the dynamics of the entire family. Thank you for listening Donna Hanson Donna, I was good friends with Kate and want to know how her sister, and the rest of her family are doing? My husband Jason, was close friends with Jimmy and I met Kate through him, she was the sweetest girl and had just a warm heart, she LOVED her neices, and nephew sooooo much, always spoke so highly of them.

I talked to investigators and both of these items were taken at the time of the murders.BINGO!

we lived on whitesands bay in Roselle back in the early to middle 90's,, Ric,,(was his name then) moved into and rebuilded this whole town house, he lived there with his girlfriend Melissa ( I think that was her name) and then two year old daughter. Who looked just like him. My Husband would go down and help him out. I would sit and talk to his girlfriend for hours and thought she was so sweet, and then one day she came over crying about Ric, and how he was cheating on her with his best friends girlfreind. The whole site was so strange cause I really thought this guy was a big fat lier and couldn't listen to any of his bull shit storys. I told my husband to stay away for this group. they where all pot smokers and some time coke heads. Just feel so sorry for his girlfriend and her brother they seem so nice. The poor baby too. so glad we moved out soon. To get away for this big party group,, My husband never told me alot. And I was glad. Just hope his sweet daughter is ok.
