anyone else think the quiet zone is a joke? 4:45 and another train coming through with whistles blowing. there has been very little change in the train noise at the montgomery crossing.

I am in downtown Oswego and sometimes get woke up by the train whistles. There seem to be several that go through every night? Sometimes insomnia hits and I do hear the trains, too. How could anyone close to the tracks possibly sleep through that? I thought trains only blew their whistles as a warning, if someone was stopped on the tracks! My sympathies to you, still awake.
