Does anyone know who was involved in that fatal accident in front of KFC today?

Not sure, I did hear the driver that causes the accident had a seizure and hit more than one car. This isn't fact, just what I've heard from others.

I heard it was a truck driver going about 100 mph from a hit and run he was involved in at wal-mart. Not sure, just hearsay. Many prayers will be needed for families....it looked horrible. I also heard comment that local emergency crews had a difficult time handling it...very bad situation.

That was the worst wreck I have ever seen. I would love to hear more details about this accident. If anyone finds a link to an article, could you please post it? My prayers are with all those involved.

I saw them hauling the car away in two parts. Man was that thing mangled. I have heard that two people died but like others have said, that's just what I heard. I cannot see how anyone could have survived. My prayers go out to all affected as well.I took a pic. as they were hauling it away but will refrain from posting so as not to upset relatives.

Yes, it was my Uncle Tracy McCain.

The driver of the truck and his daughter were from Higginsville, James and Brooke Trent. The driver of the car (as stated) was Tracy McCain from Warrensburg. Digitalburg.com covered the story.

Thank you for your prayers. Tracy was the rock in our family. He was such a wonderful person. I don't know why he life ended in such a horible way. He didn't deserve to die in this horrible manner. He deserved to live a long and happy life. We are going to miss him soooo much.

This is not at all true. It was a seizure, not a hit and run.

We witnessed the aftermath of this wreck as we passed through the town on our way home from a vacation. We immediately lifted up prayers for those involved and their families; and thanked the Lord that we had stopped a few times before getting to Warrensburg--or we may have been in the middle of it all. Your Mo Dept of Roads and police/sheriff/state patrol all appeared to do a great job of being organized and working together during this difficult situation. Our prayers are lifted up for all those involved.

this is profoundly tragic and unfortunately if it was a seizure probably could not have been avoided. God has great plans ahead for Mr. McCain and although we know it does not relieve the anguish the McCain and Trent families are going through we urge all to stay strong and keep everyone in their prayers are two people are still fighting for their lives as well. Mr. Trent and his daughter, Brooke, also have to deal with this horrific accident in their lives so please remember to keep them in your thoughts. Be thankful for your own lives as well as for those of your friends and family. Take an extra 5 minutes today and tell them that you love them. God sends his blessings to all His children.

i pray for both familes this is just horrible and tragic they dont know if the guy had a seizure or if he was running from the car that he hit infront of wal-mart cause he didnt have a license if this is the case i really hope that this man pays for what he did for that man he killed even though knowing that he killed someone is bad but if this is true that he was running than he deserves to go to jail and if it is a seizure than i hope he never drives again so this doesnt ever happen again THIS ISNT TRYIN TO SEEM RUDE but its what alot of people think that i have heard and idk what the real story is but those are the 2 things that i have heard and those are opinions of the poeple that ive talked to! I am so very sorry to the family of Tracy McCain what a horrile way to lose someone!! Just makes you think how it could of been you and how greatful you should be that you have a life. I know someone really close to me that worked at KFC and went out to help them when the accident happened and he is having a very hard time with what he saw he said he couldnt even explain how he felt when he went to go get Tracy McCain out of the car and he knew that he was gone and there was absolutly nothing he could do for him he felt so angry that he couldnt help that man that didnt deserve to lose his life like that he said he has never seen something so horrible and shockong happens to someone! I hope the family gets answers soon!! They are all in our thoughts and pray

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The driver will have to live the rest of his life knowing that he killed an innocent man and seriously injured his own daughter for the REST OF HIS LIFE!!! Isn't that "paying" for what he did!!?? You seriously think he knew he was having a seizure? As horrific as the ACCIDENT was, it was an accident. I know the driver and his family will live the accident everyday. The entire situation makes me so sad for the driver's family and the victim's family alike. I pray the victim's family can find it in their heart to forgive the driver and I pray that the driver can live with the guilt for the sake of his young family. So sad for everyone.

He did have a seizure. He should not as someone said "pay for what he did" I am sick to my stomach over comments people make. There is two sides of every story. Wow is all I can say.
