If Robert had no wife,or children then it is up to his parent's or parent to file a wrongful death suit against the company. There is no "we" because neice's can't file a wrongful death claim due to the death of an uncle. I thought he was living in Warrensburg? It's unfortunate that these accidents happen, but they do, and sometimes they could have been prevented, and other times they couldn't. This is just something that has to be proven either way in court. I feel terrible for the young man who lost is life. From what I'v read he seemed to have had everything going for him.I feel for his parent's, and for what I know they are going through. Hopefully time will ease their pain.

That's strange, it said nothing in the obit. about him having any children, or God children. Sueing someone isn't as easy as you may think, I do know that, and only certain family members can file a wrongful death suit, I do know that! My wife's brother's family file a lawsuit when he was hit head on by a semi. It's not all just cut, and dry.

This message is for Saundra. You don't remember me...but I use to go w/ your Uncle Roy. Saundra my heart does go out to you. Overlook all the cruel comments that others write...when the death of a loved one hit's their family they will only wish someone could have showed them some remorse. No matter what happened to your Uncle Robert death is still tragic. Saundra my thoughts and prayers go out to you and the rest of the family. Please give Dale, Amy, and Roy all my love and best wishes. I still think about you all from time to time. Your family will always be special to me and I'm here if any of you ever need me. Take Care Saundra!

Yeah, but ya can't get millions from a lawsuit just because he treated you like family. Only parents, and kids of the man.Now do ya hear that?? My uncle was killed by a truckdriver who ran a red light. I tried to suit the company the driver worked for but couldn't because I wasn't his kid or his parents!
