David King said, then count me in.
We'll just do that, count you in!

How well do you know your candidate, sir?

Do you know what he thinks of small town residents of Pennsylvania, of all Pennsylvanians for that matter?

Not very much I should think, but we are learning with each day.

Last night it was reported by news services that behind closed doors in San Francisco he gave a speech to the elite of your new party and let his feelings be known about us here in Pa..

See below:

Video of the fundraiser, which was closed to the press, surfaced as Obama was campaigning in Indiana, trying to highlight issues of concern to working-class voters, such as job losses and rising mortgage foreclosures.
**********
"You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them," Obama, an Illinois senator, said.

"And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations," he said.------

If putting us down is his way of getting votes in San Francisco what will he really do if he becomes president. When he say again "I feel your pain" , is he just saying words and promises for the public consumption, then behind closed doors laughing about us small town hicks? You betcha!

Mr. phony has finally painted himself into a corner and has said enough. There's no speech and spin to dig his way out of this one. These words were not uttered by staff but by himself. Look at the careful way his words were crafted, this wasn't an off the cuff remark.

So Mr. Tax Collector we will count you and others IN!

I have been doing alot of thinking as well, living Bucks county I am coming to terms on a lot of issues within in myself. And see the crap from! Hillary her lies, NAFT behind the scenes. One lie after another with her. I do not trust her to run the country. It was hard for me to change my mind! But after Obama speech, my mind set on diffrence things changed. Being 68 and WHITE..I deeply wanted to cast my vote for her. we all have to look deep within your heart, and soul and stop! looking for a easy way out, for not wanting to vote for him, I have and a lot of my friends at my bridge club and they have said the same. Obama has my vote.

That the brainwashed of you part that's talking.
You mentally refused to see what the Man was talking about. Maybe you live in a bubble.
We don't need your vote anyway. Go listen to Fox News and all the trivial things that come with that.

Now talking like that can make the Ditto Heads call you names.
I am glad that people like you see beyond the trivia of race and realize that this country of ours is in real trouble.
Hill is trouble in the making. She seems to have something behing her mind and we cannot take a chance. For her to say Small Town USA is not bitter because of all the lies, the decline of our quality of life, too me, that says she is not in touch with what we are going through. Ask her how much a dozen eggs costs or a gallon of milk. By the way, she made 109Hill oops, Millions!!!

Put some spin on it if you can, seems pretty cut and dry when he said ---
Remember he was talking behind closed doors, he thought.

''they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.''

yea that explains us in pa. How about the mid west towns he talked about -- how about Indiana?

What a crock!

Your watching his spin from the Indiana rally, his original comments were 'audio only' berceuse cameras were barred form the private fund raiser last sunday and it was meant as it was said.

If you want to listen to the audio go to the Huffington press web site.

His spin won't fly here.

When I see someone say they believe in GLOBAL WARMING...I laugh and say nows there's someone who must like Kool-Aid...listen to yourself and you say your not a cult member...you espouse Junk Science the utopian idea of being oil free...theres a song from the Doobie Brothers thats has the title or phrase in it that says
"What a Fool Believes".
As to partisan politics...please tell me when Barak H Obama has ever crossed over to support the other side?
You high and and almighty stand on so called torture is laughable...waterboarding as torture? Give me a break...if someone had your wife and kids and was going to have them killed you'd be the first to say do it if that was the only way to get the info to save them...so stop being political correct and get real in life. As to our being the bad guy in the worlds eye thats kwel with me...maybe after Madrid get bombed a few more times or if Rome is attacted or Berlin maybe then those who want to appease will then see us as the good guys....as to social security it seems to be that the Democrates under Johnson started the stealing of the trust fund which is now backrupt there have been changes proposed but blocked by the same party that not only raided the fund but also in the 90 taxes social security....it should be by choice to use SS or invest it in an account as it is your money!
Health care for free ...great just tell me how do you pay for it...as to illeagle img...what has the O proposed...let them stay!

Well it seems that the hippie, Woodstock flower power folks are awaking again and want to see their Utopian way of life bestowed upon us all.
Please correct me I'm wrong sir...Being your a tax collector you must love taking others peoples monies I guess cause the things your enspousing will surley have you collecting more taxes for sure.

Have a good Utopia day

What don't you understand about orginal?

I saw the spin already. he stepped in it and iot won't come off this time..

Like I said the original comments without spin is audio only , that's all I need to know.

There is too much clarifying going on.

People don't get two or three chances to say what they really mean. The speech he gave in San Francisco at a fund raiser is pretty clear, if you can't realize that he was caught putting down people in blue collar jobs here in Pa. then you deserve what you get.

don't you get it though, what he said is right, and he never said or implied that people in small town pa are bad because of it, he was just explaining where those attitudes come from, which is exactly right.
