The 37th court magistate got off again on drunk
driving charges this is the third time. Why even
arrest him just drive him home. This is totally
disgusting,I have a feeling that number 4 is just
around the conner.Thats Warren justice for you.

I spend a decade as a practicing attorney in Macomb County, and you are not going to find a more despicable Court in Michigan than Warren's 37th District Court. If you know the right people, or you've got the money to hire one of the attorneys who knows the right people, you can get out of anything short of a felony. My favorite thing is how attorneys show up for 8am Court and then some Judges who shall remain nameless (Chmura) would stumble out around 10:30 keeping everyone waiting, and then the "busy" Court docket would go way into lunch time. Why so "busy"? Go in there on a Friday! It's a ghosttown. They cram their dockets into 3 days so they don't have to work everyday. Think on the ghosttown days they are in the back doing important legal work? Ha!
