I write in reference to a youtube video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch... ).

I would be glad if Monica Eng would tell the world that what the gentle man is eating is not FUFU. What kind of research is this?? Is is rocket science to differentiate betwen fufu and "eba" (turned gari in hot water). Please do not mislead the world by giving wrong info. I wonder if any group of people can sue the Chicago tribune and/or Monica for that video.
