that monster should never see the light of day again...... it gave me chills to read about this monster and it reminded me so much of that case in florida a few years ago with jessica lunsford getting kidnapped right out of her home in the middle of the night. this is a death penalty case if ever there was one in freestone county. god bless this family and thank god she was found alive

me and the mother of this child had just split up after they got the girl out of the hospital the mother brought her to my job to see me and if u seen the child you'd want to kill this guy terry ur self... she is 7 and any man who does that should be thrown in a womens prison... this girl will never be the same and whats even worse is he apparantly raped his own son the same time and none of the papers say it but we have a feelin that someone else was also involved... for his sake fairfield police better catch him before the mother and i do...

how did he know the little girl? cause she had to have known him to not scream when he pulled her from the window. Could Terrys wife maybe be involved?

Grandy jury hears indecency charge

A Freestone county man charged in the reported kidnapping of a 7-year-old girl in September now faces several felony indictments involving two victims.

Grand jurors met at the courthouse in Fairfield to hear evidence and returned indictments against a half dozen defendants.

Charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault in a Sept. 12 incident east of Fairfield is Terry Lynn McGinn, 28.

The charges stem from a report that a 7-year-old girl was missing from the home of her grandparents.

Freestone county sheriff's deputies allegedly found the girl at the home of McGinn, about one and one-half miles away.

In addition to the indictments on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault, McGinn has been indicted on two counts of indecency with a child on Jan. 1 and June 9, a different victim.
