33 states had some sort of eugenics laws, and victims are estimated to be somewhere around 60,000. This was made possible not by leftists and socialists, but by decades of broad public support and by legislation from both parties.
The purpose of the twenty second amendment is not tailored to "socialist" presidents, and was not intended to be - its origins are back with the founding fathers.

Membership is by invitation or referral only. My small Satanic church only has about 800 members but our parent church, the Satanic church of SWFL has over 100,000 members.
