As far as the names being put up, surely you bunch of dumbasses know, when they're sealed you get them 2 weeks prior to court. Hard to get names when nobody knows who they're for. If its that important feel free to call one of them. I'm sure they'd LOVE to tell you all about it..lol

I'm sorry, just a few more, don't get in the line for the free turkey boxes and Christmas ham box full of food. I say this because if you think the money is stolen, then wouldn't that make you just as guilty because you're knowingly receiving these things that was bought with stolen money. Let's be real honest with the heart. If you found a 20.O0 laying on the street and search everyone you can to find a owner or do you look a few minutes and decide nobody's looking for it and keep it. Same principal, so come out of the glass house your in. You were completely white or black, no shades of grey, but being that strong in belief, is this how you live everyday! I promise, had this been you, you don't want it on topix. Just let the truth stand and it'll cme out
AMEN...Sounds like these folks need to get a job or a Hobby or something!! Sounds like a big case of ENVY to me...for all you church going hypocrites....preaches about that in the Bible....read it you all need to.

OMG, you let the big secret out. I'm sure glad I got on Topix to find out because nobody else gets WVVA to have seen it. Unless you or your family are involved in it, why do you even care?

I guess we will have to wait awhile for them to tell the other 16 that are going to be indicted. i would think the other 16 are holding a tight butt hole. i would also, hate to think that they might come a knocking on my door in the middle of the night, sleep good while you can. The grim reaper is comming.

This is why rumors get started because of people talking out of their ass, when they should be paying attention. I guess you will be waiting a while to hear about those 16, considering there won't ever be a indictment. I've yet to meet a prosecutor that will issue one and go to trial, when they've already made a plea bargain with the defendants. Do us all a favor, before your next smart ass comment, do your homework first. Once again, people really need to just stay out of things that doesn't personally concern them.

Easy to say sitting anonymous behind a computer huh? Truth is, when someone gets accused of doing something, people come out of the woodwork telling all the wrong that person has done, irregardless of how long ago it happened. Let someone OD from drugs, the same drugs they're selling on the street or stealing from others to afford, and they suddenly are sainted. The way people talk about them once they're dead, you'd think they walked on water. At least these men were working for a living and not defrauding the government through welfare or social security, like 75% of McDowell county does. People seem to accept that form of fraud because it's so common but is it not the same thing? People lie, hide income, and fake illnesses everyday to receive benefits from the government, just so they won't have to work. Why are their names not on the news?

I'm assuming we will hear your testimony in court then? I mean since you know that the accusations are true, surely you are the best thing since sliced bread to the prosecutor right now. That explanation you gave has got to be the funniest thing I've heard all day. According to your theory, he has all this "laundry money", put his ass on the line to get it, then to look good to the community, gave it away? Are you kidding me? You obviously don't know him that well, or you'd know he doesn't give a rats ass about anyone's personal opinion of him.

That was the point. This was not the first time those names have been made public. The post was wanting to know the names of those still waiting to be indicted. There won't be a indictment on them because they've already pled and are just waiting on a sentence. There are some that like to think they know exactly what's going on, the details of the charges, what the ones being accused have done and so forth. The truth is, nobody knows anything that's 100% accurate, until this goes in court. Just because I know my next door neighbor and we talk across the fence, does not mean I know what goes on behind closed doors. So, to sit and talk shit about the men that has done for a lot of people around here, is crazy. Out of the 15 names listed today, I could honestly tell you the ones I know, are all good people. This is just a situation that proves the government can do whatever they want to. People are gonna bitch about so many being out of work, no jobs in the county, no county revenue, but the same people are excited about the possibility of coal operators going to prison. Do the math, 6 operators, 4 mines total, 30-50 men per mine. No operator, no mine running, 200 men with families out of work. I don't want to hear about how the operators should have thought of that before, because if you know the truth of what's happening, your opinion would be vastly different. But I'm sure these are the only ones in the county that have ever been falsely accused of something :)
