I read the paper myself only recognized two names & they were females that work at the bookkeeping place in Caretta! If I had the paper I'd post it. it's not gossip or lies it was in there.

The paper listed several coal mine operators. There were 9 named and 11 unnamed. One of the unnamed parties operate an employment agency. Those that were named plead guilty to their charges.

Coal operators plead in tax evasion scheme

McReynolds, Justus, Dotson, others face sentencing in federal court

Well known coal industry business-men J.D. "Dot" McReynolds, Jeffrey Justus and Billy Ray Dotson, along with 16 others, are alleged to have worked together in an extensive and elaborate conspiracy involving tax evasion and in-appropiate financial reporting across Southwest Virginia and West Virginia. Participants in the scheme, many yet unnamed, are said by prosecutors to have collectively received $10.3 million in cash from January 2007 thru February 2011, allegedly defrauding the governmaent of $3.4 million in taxes.
All of the named conspirators have waived federal indictments and pleaded guilty to at least one count each in federal court for the Western District of Virginia. Several of the individuals are coal operators or associate businesses in Tazewell County.
