When I was a teenager up to when I married in my 20's I was a "bean pole". Gaining weight goes along with having those birthdays. I hear on the news that most Americans are over weight. I disagree. Thank God for HIS blessings on American the land of plenty. I try the drink SLIM FAST, eat less portions and try to stay away from those resturants that eat all you want for one price.
A Burger King Salad/fish sandwich is a treat and it does work.
Medical science will have pill or come up with a simple simple simple stomach operation that we can get and it's in the the near future.

I think overweight people are the SAME as skinny people, average size people, black people, white people, Asian people, etc. etc. etc.

There are good people and there are bad people.

Prejudice against a person because of weight, color or ethnicity is the problem here.
