Kevin Rowland has "admitted he helped Charles P. Jordan stomp Bliss following a dispute in the bar"??????????

Oh dear God, Charlie Jordan only STEPPED IN TO GET KEVIN ROWLAND OFF OF MICHAEL BLISS (Kevin Rowland & Michael Bliss, by the way, were most assuredly question for the Buffalo Police Department....surely you got breathalizers or BAC tests on all of these subjects ("victim" and "assilants"), no??? Not that it would change the results of this horrific incident, but it would certainly help provide insight into the STATE of conscientiousness that everyone was in!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE TRAVESTY!!!! By the way, maybe sometime soon, the other person involved in this fight on the Bliss side could actually BE A MAN and COME FORWARD TO THE POLICE with his version of what happened!!!

What an incredibly sad, tragic situation for ALL!!! Michael Bliss...wishing you a full recovery (and maybe you can start asking some questions help get to the bottom of this). THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS AS THEY MAY FIRST APPEAR....and surely this case is a very, very sad testament to that!!!

God Bless All (as EVERYONE will need it)!!

I am sure they were all drunk.

These college students do NOTHING but party all day and night. It is crazy.

A friend of mine rents out apartments in the UB South area to college students. And you wouldn't believe the crap they do to each other after they party all night.

One of her tenants beat his roommate with a bat.

Another one of her tenants got into a fight at the bar with someone and bit a chunk off his ear. They are constantly getting drunk and beating the hell out of each other.

Maybe their parents need to step in and do something about it. Like get their children in drug and alcohol...

The worst thing that I did was puke on someone in the Steer parking lot---I never stomped someone! Stop the Stomping and Start the Puking--it's safer for everyone!

All said and done, this situation was never investigated to the fullest. Being drunk is not an excuse for beating someone so severely, but the way it looks, the other two, Jordan and Gunderman never did fess up and tell the truth, there lawyers just about pinned the entire assault on Mr. Rowland, and i'm sure they told there clients to lie so there butts would be saved! I think 8 years is severe, maybe a few years in prison and 6 years of rehab for alcohol would be more appropriate. All 3 were involved and all 3 should be prosecuted equally.

Jordan is a punk. He was involved and at the last minute decided he would take a plea deal. He is lucky it was agreed to or he would be sitting in a federal prison a few more years!

I'm sorry did you say 8 years is severe?? How much would you expect if your child was paralyzed and unable to use his legs? How much time would be too severe in your opinion?

The Real Kicker is this, Kevin Rowland was attending school to be a lawyer and when questioned by the police as to what happened...he said he blacked out and didn't remember. And we all know how smart it is, when someone's paralyzed, to say, hey I was drunk and blacked out and don't remember...and he turned down a plea for fewer years, built on that brilliant of course the other two kids will blame it on could he defend anything, he doesn't remember...Just thank God he hopefully never will go to law school..The victims lost ability to walk, may in fact save the lives of dozens of Kevin Rowland's potential clients...He would've been better off doing the famous Chewbacca Defense from South Park,
