Driver of vehicle known by his street name "Cache" owns a barbershop on lower Broadway in Newburgh, was with his wife at a local NIGHTCLUB in Newburgh known as "LA MESERA" they were seen arguing at the local club minutes before the fatal car accident. Cache was seen taken a few drinks with the club manager Junior Arias prior to the accident which left his wife dead.
