I was contacted by a fellow classmate that he had a seizure...but so far that's all I've heard.

He actually overdosed and was found by the police in his ride. Tragic. Let this be a lesson learned for everyone who chooses to do drugs. You only leave a torn family and a child with no parent. It is awful that his addiction killed him.

To all posters: I'm sure all Billy's family and friends would appreciate your love, support, and above all respect during this horrific time. A great person is gone, people are hurting, and the cause is for he and his family to know. Knowing why won't bring him back. Those who knew Billy and loved him don't care about the "why" or "how". They care that they will never hear, "hey bub", or see his smile again. They care that his parents and daughter are going through something they never expected. Please have some respect and keep your coffee shop talk off here. We don't care about what you "know". We care that we lost a great friend and we want to remember him in our own way. He was a human, he made mistakes in life as we all have. Are you perfect? Would you want people to speculate your cause of death and post it on topix? Have some class will ya?

First off, no one was bad mouthing him.... secondly, I graduated with him, but because I don't live in the same state, it would be nice to know what happened to someone I considered a friend so that way I didn't relay wrong information. He was a great guy and its sad as hell to hear about someone that young. Please, don't jump to conclusions as some of us actually care.
Last thing some of us want to do is gossip about or have "coffee talk" about an actual friend, hence why I only said what I know.....which isn't much being so far away.

I didn't say anyone bad mouthed him, but no need to get into specific details here. Yes people will wonder what happened and have questions. Maybe I'm old school but I think it's very disrespectful to his memory and to his family and friends to get into it all on this website and I wanted to send a message upfront about it before more people commented on what they "heard." We are all hurting right now. It's not about us though. It's about honoring his memory and his life and paying respects to his family. Let's all just leave it at that.

the funeral arrangements are mon night at six and tues at 10am at fisk...i can assure you there wasnst an overdose or cops bill was found in his truck unresponsive by an elderly concerened citizen....please dont drag my daughters memory of her father through the mud doesnt she have enough to deal with.

so very sad i pray for allthe family and frends to find peace in this sad situation and as said previously regardless of the how or what we need to honor his life and the great person that was!! my heart breaks for his daughter and family that have loved him so dearly.. RIP Billy

Regardless of wat people think theres a little girl without her dad, parents without their son, and a devestated family. Sending thoughts and prayers!!!! RIP Bill u will be missed!!!!!

I am so sad, and sorry to hear this. I pray for his family, and especially his little girl. I considered Billy a dear friend, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace cousin. I miss you and I love you,. I know we will meet again someday .. You will be waiting with open arms.. And even in this sad time, that's the one thing that makes me even a little bit happy.

I love and miss Bill very dearly. Carrying his casket to his final resting place was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. He really loved and would do anything for his daughter and family. Hopefully he can Rest In Peace without anymore false accusations!!
