Those that live along the river need to be aware that the city is researching taking your property if your buildings get 50 -51 percent damaged from a 25 year event flood.

It must be too much to consider flood control when you can just take what you want instead.

I thought all the "fees" from landholders were supposed to keep the Auglaize from flooding? This is ridiculous, of course, because all rivers flood. That's what they do. Do something (anything) to protest. The state is so used to people just lying down and accepting what they say, that they might be sufficiently confused to forestall this outrage.
