Yeah all the sex drugs and rock n roll going on in that place. Prisoners walking around town at the banks and convenient stores, smoking in the sally port-a few ran away, why anyone would run away I don't know with all the fun stuff they get to do in there. Prisoners working on Tyro Church and random homes across the county. Maybe its a vo-tech school with a dormitory? They get hands on work with the sheriff depts. patrol cars. When can I sign up?

boy, she knows its Mario's, because he started coming back around, and has Been with her.
she also said mario gave her $700.00 to get a abortion a long time ago.
she bragged about having sex with sheriff deputy's son as well, during this timeframe,

It is tonights Independence Reporter and belive it or not on the front page at that. This is 2 escape from the Montgomery County Dept of Corrections. There have been 3 escape from his church programs. 1 at Westside Christian Church, 1 from Tyro Christian Church and 1 from the front doors of the Sheriff's Office when they were going back to DOC from bible study. They are called inmates for a reason, leave them where they belong until the serve their time and pay their debt to society.

2. Free drugs if you are an inmate in MGDOC.
3. Last but not least a free ticket to freedom and all you have to do is take the trash out without any supervision from a gaurd.

That place is so ****ed up, how can the STATE allow all this to go on? No supervision. Gatherings in the sally port. I bet there is so much contraband in them cells it would be unbelievable.
It will be work on the new sheriff but hopefully it will be cleaned out. It will be sad that their is going to be so much time spent on DOC when it should be spent on crime fighting, but will have to solve that crap at DOC first. Get that in line then fill em up. Can't wait for the new sheriff that will motivate their employees to clean this county up.

I was at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Cherryvale Saturday, May 10. Bobby Dierks had a booth set up and was doing some good campaigning. So was Gary House. I saw Veach walking around, eating something, not speaking to anyone. Like he owned the place. We have got to break that cocky attitude at the polls in August!
And if I'm not mistaken, Matthew (Hootie) Herndon has escaped custody before so why were they letting him take the trash out without any supervision? He is not a person to do manual labor either so he was probably doing this job for the purpose of escaping. What a mess!

Stan Veach is the most inpersonable obnioxus S O B that I have ever met. He follows the law, trouble is, he follows HIS law! What he says is law in his mind, forget the Kansas statutes. His little reign of fear and intimidation of the typical law biding citizen will end soon with his defeat in the election, cant wait to hear his reaction when he gets beat!

I don't know how MG DOC is continuing to run? I am surprised nothing has been filed. He might be above the law in MG Cnty but the state/feds can have their way with him.

Well here is my story about the great D.O.C.
My son went in on a Monday by Thurs. he was broke out in hives and the EMS was called in and was told if it wasnt cleared up by the next day he needed to go to the hospital. He was given meds and they took his bedding and jumpsuit away. He was then put into a blue uniform that he was made to wear for 3 weeks without changing! He spent most of his 28 days in lockdown getting out for only an hour or two a day. When he asked for something from the guards it was not given. They were always too busy to get a jumpsuit, he even asked a Supervisior to get him one and he said he would, but he never did. The cells are mopped only once a week and he had dirty clothes for three weeks knowing that 3 inmates had a staf infection it's no wonder he broke out all over!
Guards try starting fights with the inmates if you piss them off and use the tazers if you cuss at them.On the end of his 28 days served I went in to see why at 4:30 he hadn't been released, they weren't even aware that he was to get out. I was told that as soon as the paper work got back from S.O. that he would be let out. We waited for 4 hours for his release. After we spoke to Mario and Stan and several other officers we were given every excuse from " its shift change" "other people were in booking" "they had an inmate cut his wrist and things were crazy in there" and "the printer was down and he couldn't be released til they had someone come look at it!"
When Stan told us this we asked if they knew how to use good ol pen and paper!!! My son was in jail for MIC probation violation he is not a murder in prision but got treated as if he was! Does anyone really know what's going on in there??? You people that think it's a summer camp in there and that they watch movies all day are wrong!!! They were on lockdown and the phone shut off half the time. The trustees are they only ones out roaming around playing with the gaurds!

Sorry to hear about your son's experience, I guess Stan and his goons DO HATE EVERYONE.
