This blurb is to short to tell what that hearing was about.
Since I attended & testified I would suggest you view that hearing to understand what went on. It was not about a few birds but rather an attempt to deceive the MPUC Commissioner to further a rush to collect subsidy dollars. Cash from all our pockets to go somewhere in Texas?
