asbury park "largely gay"? not by a longshot. maybe 5 yrs ago - now its the most diverse town on the shore - young couples like myself, older folks, and families make the majority.

I was just there for a volleyball tournament last year and it is every bit "largely gay". I'm shocked to see Asbury Park featured for anything. It is not a very nice beach asthetically. Once you get to the other side of the boardwalk, it looks like the remnants of a bombed city. There are countless unfinished construction projects. It is just not a pleasant place. For my money, I'll take Point Pleasant every time.

Cape May has been a resort well before the 1900's and in fact was practically rebuilt after a fire in 1778 destroyed 30 acres of the town. That is why there are so many Victorian homes since that was the prevailing building style of that era.

Daily Horoscope for November 15

Sagittarius

You may feel rather haunted today, literally or figuratively. Dreams and visions could be disturbing, but if you take the time to analyse them, you'll find they're a great tool for personal and spiritual growth. Surround yourself with things and people that comfort you and avoid negative places. Everyone needs time to hide once in a while... it's time for you to be in your own safe, private place.
