Manchester man charged with DWI after crash

A Manchester man was charged Sunday with felony driving while intoxicated and other charges after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash on Route 96.

DWI: the problem is they (the drunks) don't think they are. They can drive just as good as the next guy. Was he talking or texting too? Glad he's finally going away for a long time.
