Neighbors Dogs Barking for hours at a Time

Can anything be done about some jerk who lets his 2 little mutant dogs out on porch, just to bark for hours at a time??

Only if it goes beyone 10 or 11pm. It depends on the noise ordinance in your town. It really sucks! Our neighbor across the street has dogs that bark everytime they see me.

This jerk lives in a town home and let's these two little rats out for hours at a time.
Many nights past midnight.

The penfield animal comtrol is pretty good. take video, file a complaint, and when you go to court, play the video. the dog owners get one chance to comply, and then they fine the owners 75 bucks on the next offense, then 150 on the second, and finally they go to jail on the third.
