Need homebuyer? the number of homebuyer decrease?but the price of the house had increase 1.9%. tell me if this equation make sense to anybody.

WHAT ABOUT ALL THOSE HOMEOWNER'S THAT HAS BEEN STRUGGLING FOR YEARS TO KEEP THEIR HOMES.WHEN THEY WANT TO SELL OR MAYBE HAVE TO SELL THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE ALL THEY PUT INTO THEIR HOMES.JUST NOT FAIR.ALL THOSE YEARS ALL THAT MONEY.
"WHAT A SHAME"LIFE IS A STRUGGLE WHY DO THOSE HOMEOWNER'S HAVE TO LOSE.
