Stupid white kid with a pellet gun...wannabe...next time the police should 'accidentally' shoot the jerk, since he's already a criminal and contributes nothing to society anyway.

Why did they have a cruiser from Burlington and also Watertown flying down the highway with the Blues going ? Saw SWAT on Highway too along with several unmarked cars with lights flashing ...
Hmmm...Somebody drop the ball on this punk somewhere ? Send him some place to get a dose of reality ,How about a country like Haiti where he would have to do some hard work to survive and HELP OTHER's...
I have had the pleasure of meeting this "Gentleman Cab Driver" and am Horrified that anyone could do something like this to him...

With this record why is he back on the streets? Gun involved crimes need a MANDATORY 20 Year no parole prison term and any politician lacking the guts to sponsor and support such a rule deserves to be thrown out of office.

The SWAT Team is "Regional." The SWAT Team, North East Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council, is comprised of officers from 47 police departments in Middlesex and Essex Counties, and two County SheriffÂ’s Departments. Therefore, it would make sense that you would see cruisers from other departmants responding.

Regional SWAT teams have many advantages, including local officers available at a moments notice - 24x7; Cost savings on personnel, equipment, training, etc., the ability to have highly talented officers sharing resources between departments; as well as many other advantages. NEMLEC is highly trained and efficient. We should be proud to have one of the best SWAT teams in the country.

I'm on the same floor as apartment 118 that was written of in the news.
I saw a cruiser out back across the private way - looking like there was a stakeout - early Sunday morning.

I did'nt even know this happened until a bulletin was slid under the door late Sunday - the bulletin say's the second floor tenants were evacuated.
I was inside all day reprogramming computers on the first floor.
This was done quietly, because I did not have an idea the event even occured until reading the bulletin.

Happy to see no one suffered bodily harm this time. Management has a No Gun provision in the lease and none are allowed at Market Mill Apartments.

Sheesh!

Good to see the police around here getting one right for once. Now, its time to get on the courts - why is this multi-time loser allowed on the streets? Too bad he didn't try to get tough with his pellet gun - I wouldn't have minded seeing NELAC remove this piece of street grease from this earth permanently.

And Jessica, what's wrong? mad that your dealer got busted? Get help, meth kills.

Sheriffs on a police swat team? What happens if the Burlington cop T bones someone in Lowell out of his jurisdiction? Who pays the lawsuit?

Thank goodness this low life is off the streets. Hopefully he is put away for good this time! Looks like he has already had a few strikes against him.
Jessica, I am all for giving a good man a second chance, but this kid already had a couple chances and can no longer be considered good. It is time for him to pay up.

I'd like to know why, with a prior firearms conviction, he was walking around on the streets at all? What's the minimum sentence for a firearm's conviction?
