Did you know you have a theif and a scammer in your neighbourhood ?

Lots of people ordered a Wii for Xmas for their kids from a company called Nerd Digital Solutions, in S Dunn St, Eupora.

Well the owner called Jason Woodcock has not sent any of these consoles and a lot of kids are in for a sad Xmas..

Maybe the local news would like to contact him..

Yeah, the website says it's been seized by the FBI; don't know if that is fake or not. No answers to emails, etc - What an A**hole.

The FBI page is fake it's just a cover up he scammed a lot of people and he is defiantly not going to answer your e-mails. If you payed for it call you CC company and tell them what happened and they will give you your money back because of fraud.

I got my Wii before x-mas. They did a decent job even though the packaging was a little plain.

The FBI thing is happening to a lot of sites:

From what I read some hackers were messing up a bunch of sites, not just his.

@Philipmarshal......

Could you give any more details on your order from Nerd Digitial (i.e. order #, what was in the bundle you received, etc.). There are 30 or so people at another forum that have never seen anything from Nerd Digital except heartache and I would be nice if there was some way to verify your receipt. Nerd Digital has been accused of posting on other forums that he is a customer and has received his WII, just to keep everyone else quite. He promised/guaranteed delivery before XMAS to dozens and dozens of people and did not come through on this promise to a single person. You are the first anyone has seen as proof if you are for real. Any further info would be greatly appreciated......

The order # was 142. It was a standard Wii with a D2C chip. Just that and a controller. Cables also.

I don't want to get into you all's arguement with him. I ordered the Wii and like it. Ordered a Xbox in chrome a little while back but the shipment was delayed two weeks so he refunded my money.

Honestly, the guy is severe ly unorganized. When we went to his office it was a mad house. Employees running around, none of them dressed in what I would consider proper attire, several cussing. He seems like he is trying to do to much with too few employees.

He got the job done though. Shipped for a Christmas gift to my daughter in Mobile, AL. I'd order from him again.

No one got anything, this was a scam from the get go. No Wii, no response to emails .. enough said. CC company already refunded, now he can deal with them.

Most of the tools on that forum never read his TOS. They state 90 days on a refund. Its a case of some kids who ordered and didn't get stuff when they wanted so they're pissed.

Shoulda bought one when it was on the shelves, you mental midgets.

FYI: Those terms of service are new since his site was "hacked". In addition, he's repeatedly claimed that he's shipped units to his customers and never been able to provide tracking numbers. Many of us would have loved to have helped him locate the orders that have "gone missing", but he doesn't provide the opportunity. Instead he advises people to dispute the charges through the credit card company and essentially leave him out of it.

It's not just one whining customer. At last count it's up to around 40.

If anyone has any proof of his TOS being non-existant until the site hacking, that would be great to see.

Info to all: If you were to see the forums started about NDS, you'd see that most of the grievances are because of a fault in MONEYBOOKERS. Customers proceeded to search him out online, calling his family members (and being quite rude to them from what I've been told), pulling up his personal life, and bringing his friends personal lives into it as well. This is absolutely unheard of amongst consumers, and it's clearly a case of upset people using the internet for malicious intent. On both sides? Perhaps, but two wrongs never made a right.

It's sad when the internet is used as a tool to threaten people.

Closer to what, KIA? Do tell us all!

I ordered a Wii on 12/10, he told me he shipped it on 12/16 and I never rec'd. it. This guy is a scam artist.

At the end of the day... people were scammed and never had their money back. He is a THIEF..
