Hey Dan, I grew up in Elkhart and I do know that Elkhart is a very good town. On the hispanic issue, there are several hispanics that have lived in Elkhart all their lives and are very involved in the the community, and the oil and gas field. Some of them are doing very well for themselves now because of the chance that they got in Elkhart. If you live in Elkhart and don't like the town then leave. The town won't miss you....lol
