Than you New Hampshire ,Bellows Falls will be broke and a ghost town by 2015.
We will have been over taken by Artist and Junk shops at this time.

House sales will be at a all time high. The only thing left will be the strollers and pregnant teenagers and our Fire and Police.Ron and Bill will convince every one they are needed.

Bellows Falls could probably do with less of you.

Strike a nerve Ben . Are you pushing a stroller? Do you own on of these famous junk shops?I have lived here for 58 years.

I have seen the good times here in BF and have seen it at it worse in the last 10. BF has gone the lowest it has ever been.

This is what we get catering to the welfare and artist. The working class suffers, there isn't many of us living here any more.

Good luck Ben in trying to save this sespool.

No, I don't have children and I've never been inside a "junk shop".

There are plenty of working class people living in this town, and I see a lot of opportunity here.

I would thank you for your wishes of luck if I thought you were even remotely sincere.

With the competing farmers market and all the new retail establishments and plaza going in north of North Meadow plaza in sales-tax-free Walpole, NH, it may be in the best interest of Bellows Falls and Westminster to demolish the New Arch Bridge and the Route 123 bridge as well.

Why is everyone's panties in a bunch over the Vilas bridge? There ARE other ways of making it to Bellows Falls from New Hampshire, if the desire was strong enough.

I will, however agree with you on this one. Bellows Falls is going NOWHERE, faster than I thought. Sad to see such a historic place get run down by artistic fools who think downtown BF is the new Greenwich Village. Another cause for demise? Slumlords renting to whoever shows up with a Section 8 voucher.

The next bridge north, another right hand turn, should not greatly inconvenience anyone. South, a left a few miles down. Yawn.

Anything anyone needs can be found in BF or N.Walpole. Many ppl likely work out of town, but live there and pay taxes. Businesses would be great, but only if the taxpayer is not subsidizing them.

BF is a great place and most of those who live there love it there.

people are already forced to shop in Walpole or Keene, if you want to get clothing or find some decent entertainment. or if you want to go to a store after 8pm-a store other than a gas station.
