Rockingham Assistant County Attorney Brad Bolton said "We don't think he's physically capable of forcing himself on someone, but we think he needs supervision and treatment and punishment," However, this man is able to travel. He believed that he was going to meet someone and he made it across the state under this belief. I think that he is very capable of doing harm despite his medical disability. Does knowing this man will be free in a few short years add a feeling of safety or security to your life.
