They lost more than $3,000,000 on Friday, when some land in Norfolk that was owned by Robert Meeks and Rick O'Brien was sold at auction for $2,000,000. Walpole Co-op had lent these guys $5.2 million a few years ago. One of the two guys who owned the land was so upset he went on vacation to the Caribbean (probably wanted to spend money that wasn't his own.)

But those guys are the most honest builders you'll ever meet. surely there must have been a scheduling snafu between the auctioneir and others.
