I am glad he was sentenced, but as much as I want all the details, sometimes I think mcall should hold some back. I didn't know if you took out the SIM card, your phone could not be traced. With that said, mcall just told other youngsters how to do the same thing without being traced.

This young adult should have to pay back is debt, he wasted alot of peoples time. He should have to go to jail not be put in a vacation home for acouple of months then let go free! After all he was in trouble before and let go that really taught him a lesson.I bet his parents are proud of him now since he never did a thing, keep backing him mom, maybe he will murder some one next!!!!!!

Make him pay back the $69,000 . Who cares how many years he has to work to do it. Sounds like this loser will end up in the federal prison system in a few years anyway.

Who are you to say he will end up in the federal prison system? I was a "bad" teenager too. I was also put through the juvenile system for numerous crimes. I am 32 years old now and a successful lawyer. Not every child who commits a crime grows up to be a criminal!

Where is the Sarge now. Way to go! Good job to Slatington's Finest to bring this issue to a close. Go Get 'em Lil Dave. Contrary to what some losers say, you are not a toolbag (NPR) like they say! Keep up the good work!

Make an example out of this kid. So that other kids who might think about calling in a bomb threat... will know that this is not a laughing matter and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I want him to know how a bomb scare freightens younger children. The effects it has.
I'm sure his momma is quite proud.

I was also a teen law breaker. I did such horrible things that now that I'm grown it shocks me! But my friend and I grew to be successful adults. He is an attorney and I am a family doctor. Can you say you are this successful?

I have one more thought...This young man is being given an opportunity that more children need. Take a look at Glen Mills website. They have a high standard there for the boys and they provide them with a MUCH better education than any public school offers. I hope he decides to stay there beyond his required time. He will graduate next June. With that education behind him and the staff of Glen Mills he will be accepted into any college. Then he can prove that mistakes made while you're a child do not have to mean a life time of crime!

There should be a law that if you don't have something intelligent to say, you can't comment. I am a past graduate of good old NLHS and I wanted to read some mature comments. I guess my fellow adults have failed me, oh well! Class of 1991-Go Bulldogs!

I know the kid and he has done some stupid things in the past. I'm shocked and surprised that he would do such a thing. However, him and his older brother arn't the greatest apples in the bunch. He needs to face the fact that he screwed up and accept the consequences. I just wish he would've thought everything out before he went and screwed up highschool.

some of these comments from ''adults'' are the most immature comments i've ever read. is it necessary to argue over your job &whether or not this kid is done for like or not? Seriously, how old are you? Grow up. You have no idea who this kid is & yeah, it is possible to do some horrible things in life but turn it all around &be very successful & set your life straight. You aren't ''perfect'' so shut your mouths.

Finally someone else making some sence! At least this kid got in trouble for something he did wrong, unlike at Parkland seems like only some kids get punished but not all of them. Fuz got in trouble but what about 40 kids that had their cell phones in school, on school property with naked pics on them? Why do we only make examples out of certain people??
