money flow... social security checks to seniors, seniors to slots, slot profits to casinos, slot taxes to municipalities. just a delightful revenue generating machine. what does it do to advance society?

Well, if the money utlitmately goes to parks etc for societal use, there's your answer.

Well, I live in Monroe County and have been taken for a ride by the ELECTED people in Harrisburg...
The slots are to reduce school taxes, yet that has not happen!!
Some how with five or six officials that represent each little segment of Monroe also represent,Northamton,Pike Lackawana counties also ,saw it fit to give everyone money so they could be reelected..Look what I did for you!!!
I screwed Monroe and it tax payers!!!!

Nowhere, in this article, did it mention Allentown or Lehigh County.

You obviously have a personal issue with ATown's parks admin. and you used this as a launching point for your complaining.
